Questions
Does TableBot answer the phone by voice?
No. When you miss a call, the caller hears a short message and receives a text with your booking link. It does not hold a spoken conversation.
Do I need a new phone number?
You need one extra number, which we set up with you, that your existing line diverts to when you don't answer. Your own number stays the same.
Does it connect to my existing reservation system?
Not yet. Reservations land in your wtzup dashboard and alert your WhatsApp. If you already use a booking system, tell us which one and we'll look at it.
What stops a table being double-booked?
Seats are counted across the whole sitting, and the last seats are claimed in a single step, so two guests can never take the same table.
How do large groups work?
You choose the biggest group TableBot confirms automatically. Larger parties reach you as enquiries to confirm by phone or message.
